Martin and Sue have been with us over 18 months, there are an amazing example of two Active Adults continuing to live full and rich lives.

Their interests are wide and varied which include travel, golf, music and obviously exercise.
Martin is only just now at 76 considering finally retiring from his role as Medical Doctor to the Aviation Industry

They attend weekly classes at a time that suits their lifestyle and we work on building muscle, increasing joint mobility and improving their sense of balance.

We have lots of fun, but at the same time get through lots of challenging workouts.
I design an individual program to suit their needs, whilst being aware of any on-going niggles they may have.

Read what Martin thinks about the sessions:

“It is a pleasure for me to write this testimonial for Tony Taylor who is a personal trainer operating under the name Active Adults Fitness.

Tony specialises in seeing the older client especially those aged over 60 years.

My wife and I have been attending weekly sessions under Tony’s supervision for several months and have both been very impressed by his professionalism, knowledge and enthusiasm. He has completed professional training courses as his many certificates show. His gymnasium in his large converted former double garage has a wooden floor, floor to ceiling wall mirrors and a wide range of equipment.

Whilst his training sessions are designed to be strenuous he nevertheless judges most carefully the abilities of his clients and adapts the training sessions accordingly. He has a delightful manner with much humour, is most encouraging but at the same time expects his clients to make progress by increasing the difficulty or level of exercise as the sessions progress.

I have no hesitation in recommending Tony Taylor to anyone who is interested in improving their level of physical fitness which as everyone knows is so important in particular for those in the older age brackets.

We feel a great benefit from our weekly classes, thanks to Tony”
