Our Group Personal Training is individualized training in a small group environment.

Maximum of 5 People Per Group

Time is taken to ensure EVERYONE performs each exercise correctly, sometimes alternatives will be given that have similar benefits.

There are 12 Sessions in a week from Monday to Friday all 45 mins duration.

Small group sessions are programmed as follows:
• Mobility Work – Ankle, Hips, Shoulders and Upper Back
• Muscle Activation
• Dynamic Warm-ups
• Balance Training
• Lower & Upper Body Strength (Resistance training)
• Aerobic Work (Cardiovascular)
