Each of these joints has a range of movement and we must find exercises that move us fully through this range, if not in time he joints get stiff and painful.
We become limited in what we can do. Movement lubricates the joints and makes it less painful and stiff, but I’m afraid as with the maintaining muscle its takes effort!
